Staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast had a good selection and the rooms were clean and spacious. We also loved the sauna room as well :) The hotel is well located, a few meters away from a bus stop and the start of the hike into the forest. Definitely worth the price!
The place is clean and beautiful..
BUT the big problem is they are turning off the air-conditioning during the night which is very annoying because then you will wake up sweating and needing to open up all the windows in the middle of the night. I was there 2years ago and they did that , but then we still went there just this month August 2022 hoping to have a good night sleep and thinking it won't happen again. And it happened again, they are turning off the air-conditioning at 11 in the evening which is very sad because it is summer and it is hot.
Nice place to stay. Apartments are big ennough. Saunas, hamam downstairs are nice after the whole day of biking. One small shampoo and shower gel for 2 nights for 2 people are not enough. Breakfast is good.
Nice place, close to the ferries, but still in a rural setting. Rings are fine, although our bathroom could have been a bit bigger. But then again, we did have a budget room. Breakfast is great, staff is friendly and helpful.
Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. The only downside during our stay was that we had to pay extra for the spa facilities. Breakfast is during 08:00 and 10:00, which can be early for some.
The food in the hotel restaurant is average. It was a bit salty for our taste and the vegetables were very overcooked. The meat/fish were well prepared.
Not a bad hotel in general, but what surprised me is the amount of dogs. They were also allowed in the breakfast and dining room. Disgusting! And we were not informed about the fact that this was some kind dog hotel.
Didn't stay here myself but the super friendly staff helped us very well (beyond reasonable expectations) to surprise our parents with a special breakfast for their anniversary!
Excellent rooms, and located conveniently close to West-Terschelling. Has an excellent breakfast buffet. Staff is pleasant and helpful.
